The Falls Neuropsychology office continues to offer telehealth intake, evaluation feedback, and individual psychotherapy sessions. Neuropsychological testing sessions are conducted in the office, with both the neuropsychologist and patient wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. 

We have developed protocols to minimize any risk of infection to our patients, their families, and our staff. These protocols involve the use of personal protective equipment, reduced seating in our lobby, restrictions on the number of people in the office at one time, and frequent cleaning of surfaces and testing equipment. Neuropsychological testing equipment will be sanitized between uses. 

If you are a relative or other visitor who will accompany a patient to their evaluation session, we will require that you print and complete the health attestation form linked here before entering the office.  


Most insurances, including Medicare, are covering telehealth sessions. Existing patients will receive emails with links to open at the time of their scheduled appointments. Please be on the lookout for those! If you do not receive the link, call the office at 919-870-0264 to arrange for a telephone session or to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will respond to voicemail messages as quickly as possible. Thank you and stay healthy!
